Experiential learning, put simply, is ‘Learning by Doing’. This is going beyond what traditional classroom based education can provide. Recall how you learned to ride a bicycle. After many falls, skinned knees, moments of terror, panic and often humiliation, you mastered how to ride. It was an amazing feeling. No books can give you lessons on the ‘balance’ that you need to ride a cycle. Swimming, likewise.
We apply this concept in our workshops to help you translate the learning you do here into the real world of jobs and businesses. We place you in real situations involving real people and contexts during the workshops. You can then integrate the information and experience gleaned from a variety of realistic situations and synthesize this into actionable responses, just as we do in the real world. Through this immersive experience, we develop participants to become better equipped to succeed in the real world.
