Experiential learning, put simply, is ‘Learning by Doing’. This is going beyond what traditional classroom-based education can provide. Recall how you learned to ride a bicycle. After many falls, skinned knees, moments of terror, panic and often humiliation, you mastered how to ride. It was an amazing feeling. No books can give you the ‘balance’ that you need to ride a cycle.

Experiential learning involves :

  • Making Connections with Personal experience
  • Engagement and Motivation through Immersive learning
  • Reflection leading to internalization of the learning
  • Self development resulting in being ready for the real world
