K M Subhash, Founder & CEO

Serial Technocrat Entrepreneur and Innovation Enthusiast with 30 years of Industry Experience, Subhash has founded multiple companies.

As Founder & CEO of Trinity Skillworks, Subhash is committed to building Employability Skills among youth.

Subhash is the founder of Trinity Mobility, a PE funded provider of Smart Mobility Platforms, Products and Services. Trinity Mobility is 100+ people strong and has a customer base in Police, Transportation verticals and Mobile Resource Management domain.

He then co-founded Trinity Digisecure – an early stage start up in the Secure Logistics space. Trinity Digisecure has registered 3 provisional patents.

In an earlier entrepreneurial avatar in Education, Subhash has been among the top 6 Business Partners of NIIT, operating ten franchised education centres training over 25,000 students in Kerala. He has built an e-learning content development outsourcing facility for NIIT and delivered over 2000 hours of e-learning content for Global Leaders in the domain.

Besides his role in Trinity SkillWorks, Subhash is a Mentor with Cherie Blair Foundation – Supporting and Mentoring Women Entrepreneurs in Africa.

A frequent speaker at Educational Institutions, Subhash encourages and motivates entrepreneurship within the student community.

Subhash is a graduate from NIT Calicut, with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering.

Subhash is an avid mountaineer, runs marathons and plays the guitar.

Harish Parameswaran, Director

Founder Member and one of first 14 employees of UST Global, a US based IT Company, Harish was responsible for leading a global Human Resources capability that supported the operational and strategic needs of the growing global network. Presently, UST Global employs over 15,000 personnel with offices in America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia.

He reinforced his entrepreneurial spirit as Founder, CEO and Managing Director, Testhouse India Private Limited where he spent 6 years successfully operationalizing and growing a client base in the Gulf Middle-East, Indonesia and India regions.

At Trinity SkillWorks, Harish oversees the staffing and talent management strategy. He is responsible for human capital initiatives, and empowering people at every level with professional skills and tools to add productive value to all aspects of the business. Harish’s vast experience in Campus Hiring programs for over 15 years has been a major input to our Training Content and Delivery Methodology.

Harish was Founder Member, Socio-Economic Unit Foundation (jointly funded by Netherlands & Denmark for Rural Drinking Water Supply and Environmental Sanitation) where he spent over 10 years in Communication for Project Development, Participatory Research Methodologies. He then went on to be a Consultant, UNICEF/UNDP-World Bank/DANIDA focusing on Rural Drinking Water Supply, Environmental Sanitation and Healthcare where he spent 5 years in Communication Strategy and Participatory Research Methodologies.

Harish is a popular speaker and very often addresses student communities in a number of educational institutions, across the country. He believes the core of any existence is about striking a good balance between learning and applying that learning to live our precious life.

Harish is a graduate from the University of Kerala, with a Masters in Communication and Journalism. He holds a Diploma from the Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok in Rural Development Planning and Mobilization.

Harish plays the Keytar, has a keen interest in Literature and is an avid Golfer.

Placid Sam, Director

Until most recently, Sam was based in South Africa as a member of the Management Committee of Olam International, a Singapore headquartered $20BN Agri-Commodities giant.

In his leadership position at Trinity, Sam contributes to formulating and implementing strategic direction, and generating new business opportunities from enterprises. He manages strategic relationships and corporate outreach initiatives.

With over 30 years of Industry experience, Sam is a versatile, enterprise and business leader with critical experience across Automotive, Education, FMCG and Retail sectors. Sam has operated in diverse organizational structures, Management styles and cultures. Sam has held Senior positions in leading Indian and Multinational companies as Olam, Maruti Suzuki, Yamaha Motors, MRF, Subhiksha and NIIT.

Sam is regarded as one among the industry’s leading marketing strategists and has forged relationships with marketers that produce big results. Sam’s success lies in his ability to transform a marketing services provider into a strategic customer-engagement partner.

Sam is a graduate from NIT Calicut, with a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering. He is also an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur.

Sam is a sports enthusiast and enjoys playing cricket and basketball.

Archana Subhash, General Manager – Human Resources

Archana has a background steeped in Academics as Professor of Psychology/Organizational Behavior/HR, Academic Administrator and Student Advisor for a selection of management schools including Amrita School of Business (ASB), SICOMS, School of Management Studies, Calicut University. She uses her experience and qualifications to counsel and mentor students and adults in colleges and other organizations.

At Trinity Archana drives the internal recruiting processes and develops recruitment programs to ensure the selection of high quality candidates for key positions.

Archana was Director & Centre Head of NIIT Palghat and was rated amongst the top 5 centres in the country and had the 2nd best student rating in an All India Survey conducted by Gallup. She was conferred two prestigious NIIT partner awards; Privileged Business Partner (PBP) and the Mirror Image Business Partner (MIBP).

She was also Director Human Resources, Trinity Comnet, (now Trinity Mobility) a company operating in the Telematics space. Archana’s key role was to attract, develop and reward a closely bonded and high performance driven team. Her main thrust was mentoring team members to maintain high work integrity, work under freedom than under control and be self-driven.

Archana has published papers and articles on Social Psychology. She spends quality time at Devashrayam; an organisation that takes care of students with different abilities. Her role involves teaching functional English to the students and networking with Give India Foundation to raise funds.

Archana has completed two post-graduations; from University of Allahabad in Management and from Annamalai University in Applied Psychology.

Meena Nair, General Manager – Learning & Development

Meena comes from a very successful career as a Vice Principal of L’ecole Chempaka, a School of national repute situated in Trivandrum. She was instrumental in taking the school from Primary to the Secondary and the Higher Secondary levels from starting with 140 students and now to over 1,200 students.

As the Trinity Head of Learning and Development, Meena is the lead creator and developer of Trinity’s Employability Skill programs. The program modules created address the career needs of students and employees alike, in Vital, Professional and Communication skills. Meena’s imagination and insight helps to turn knowledge into focused employable solutions for fresh Engineering, Management and Arts and Science graduates.

Meena counsels parents, students and faculty on careers choices, teenage issues, and general well-being. She has edited textbooks for Pearson Longman, written several articles that were published in newspapers in Edmonton, Canada on the Metis and their struggle, on child development and parenting.

Meena founded the “Akshara Foundation”, a non-profit organisation based in Bangalore that facilitates the education of underprivileged children and helps them get back into school. Akshara Foundation is now run by the Azim Premji Foundation.

Meena has degrees in Education and Biology and a post graduate studies in Sociology.

Meena is a recreational bird watcher and indulges in adventure sports.

Sonny Deenadayalan, Vice President – Business Development

Sonny has over 20 years work experience in Integrated Communications. As an integrated thinker, he has worked in and managed a host of communications disciplines including Advertising, Direct Marketing, CRM, Branding & Identity, Public Relations and Event Marketing. Sonny’s integrated experiences has helped achieve significant success for global, regional and national clients in the consumer and business domains.

At Trinity, Sonny heads the Business Development function and leads a team of Sales Executives and Sales Managers. He also manages the branding and public relations functions.

Sonny has represented agencies as Euro RSCG, Leo Burnett, Wunderman/Young & Rubicam, Ogilvy and DDB in the South East Asia and South Asia regions. His previous account experiences include; ABN Amro, Citibank, Ford, Texaco, Fujitsu-ICL, amongst others. He has helped create award-winning ideas and successful results for brands he has represented across a host of communication agencies.

Having travelled across continents since his early years, Sonny has over time immersed himself in different cultures. As a result, he works efficiently with multi-cultural groups and communities.

Sonny’s interests include working along-side NGOs and other groups in representing ecological and social projects. His strength lies in raising funds from foundations and grant makers for projects. He was the recipient of the 2013 Lee Foundation Scholarship for the CASE Asia-Pacific Advancement Conference.

Sonny is a graduate from University of Chennai, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Language & Linguistics and a post-graduation in Advertising and Information.

Sonny is often hiking in the hills and enjoys playing badminton.
